Clear before we start, involved until the end.

The same four stages for every project, from the first consultation to a system that is live and maintained.

  1. 01

    First consultation

    30 to 60 minutes

A free session by phone or WhatsApp. We listen to the problem first, with no obligation.

    What happens at this stage

    • You describe the process you want to fix and what is getting in the way.
    • We ask about your team, existing systems, and timeline.
    • At the end, we tell you whether we are a good fit and what comes next.

Outcome: A summary of needs and first recommendations

  2. 02

    Estimate and contract

    A few working days

You receive a time and cost estimate. Scope, schedule, and price are written into the contract before work starts.

    What happens at this stage

    • We define the scope: what gets built first and what follows.
    • Time and cost estimates are split by milestone.
    • The contract covers scope, schedule, cost, and source code ownership.

    Outcome: Proposal, estimate, and contract

  3. 03

    Development in stages

4 to 8 weeks for an MVP, 3 to 6 months for larger projects

Work is split into stages you can try at each step. Payments follow milestones.

    What happens at this stage

    • Interface design first, then development module by module.
    • You try each milestone in a test environment and give feedback.
    • Payment: a deposit up front, a mid-project installment, and the balance on handover.

Outcome: A system you can try at every milestone

  4. 04

    Launch and support

    Ongoing

Once the system is live, we keep handling fixes, security patches, and new features. Monthly or on-demand plans are available.

    What happens at this stage

    • Production deployment, short training for your team, and documentation.
    • A bug-fix warranty period after handover.
    • Ongoing support under the plan you choose.

Outcome: A live system, a trained team, and active support

Commitments

What we hold to on every project.

  • Scope in writing before we start

What gets built first and what comes later is all written into the contract.

  • You own the source code

Source code ownership is settled in the contract, not discussed afterward.

  • Pay per milestone

A deposit, a midway installment, and the balance on handover. You never pay for work you have not seen.

  • One communication channel

A WhatsApp group or the channel you prefer, with regular progress summaries.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a software project take?

It depends on complexity. A first version (MVP) usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. Larger enterprise projects can take 3 to 6 months. After the first session, we give you a clear schedule estimate.

How do payments and contracts work?

Payments follow milestones: a deposit up front, an installment midway, and the balance once you accept the product. Scope, schedule, and cost are set in the contract before work begins.

Is there support after the project ends?

Yes. We stay involved after handover for bug fixes, security patches, performance work, and new features. Monthly or on-demand plans are available.

Which technologies do you use?

Next.js, Node.js, Python, Django, Go, and Laravel for the web. Flutter for mobile apps. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis for databases. AWS, GCP, or Azure for the cloud. We pick technology for the project's needs, not our own taste.

Can we start with a consultation?

Yes. The first consultation is free, 30 to 60 minutes by phone or WhatsApp. There is no obligation afterward.

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?

Yes. Discussions and progress reports can run in English, over video calls and the chat channel you prefer.
